1. Introduction

Welcome to Stypz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Stypz provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting using LXC-based virtualization. Our services include server provisioning, management tools, and related support.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without refund.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Stypz services for:

  • Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of malware.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Hosting phishing websites or scam pages.
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission.
  • DDoS attacks or participation in botnets.
  • Distribution of copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Hosting content that exploits minors in any way.
  • Running Tor exit nodes or open proxies without prior approval.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • We accept: Crypto, Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPI, Vietnam Bank Transfer, MoMo, PayPal, Mastercard, and Troy.
  • Failure to pay within 3 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
  • Services suspended for non-payment for more than 7 days may be terminated and data deleted.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if the service has not been actively used.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.

7. Server Resources and Fair Use

  • Each VPS plan includes specific allocated resources (RAM, CPU, disk).
  • Excessive resource usage that impacts other users may result in throttling or suspension.
  • NAT IPv4 is shared. Dedicated IPv4 is available as an add-on.
  • Network abuse or excessive bandwidth consumption may be restricted.

8. Uptime and SLA

  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all VPS services.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
  • Credit may be issued for verified downtime exceeding the SLA, at our discretion.
  • SLA claims must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

9. Data and Backups

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
  • Stypz is not responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or service termination.
  • We may perform system-level backups for disaster recovery, but these are not guaranteed.

10. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Non-payment.
  • Abuse reports from third parties.
  • Legal requirements or law enforcement requests.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stypz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
